WD My Cloud not accessible remotely via internet - My May 13, 2017 Fix: Cannot Access WD My Cloud Account on Windows 10
I was a fan of WD for a long time, I even had a couple of their NAS My Book Live drives, which were quite nice for the price and were accessible directly over the LAN, but the new "My Cloud" drives require crappy software to work and require to always be online to work, both deal killers for me.
